Standard UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and express UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 to ensure the safe delivery of your orders.

Domestic orders over £35 will have free shipping. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Order processing time

arni. scrunchi is still a one-woman team. As all orders are handmade, please allow 2-5 business days after payment confirmation for your order to be processed. We promise the wait will be worth it.

Shipping times

Once your order has been processed, estimated shipping times are as follows:

Standard UK Mainland: 2-3 business days
Express UK Mainland: 1-2 business days
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and Channel Islands: 3-5 business days

Please note that these shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, and public holidays.

* Orders placed after 12pm on a Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.

Lost or damaged shipments
