Returns

We hope you love your order, but if you are dissatisfied please email arni.scrunchi@gmail.com and we are more than happy to help. If you would like to return your scrunchi, create a new return using the link below and fill out the return form. Please note that returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your scrunchi. As we are still a small business all returns will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and if successful, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse exchanges on items we believe are unable to be re-sold as we put a lot of time into making them.

All returned arni. scrunchi orders must be returned unworn, in their original packaging with return shipping at your own cost. We will notify you on the outcome of your return request via email within 3-5 business days. If your return has been accepted, you will be emailed with the return delivery information.
